Stephanie has been passionate about fitness for over eight years, beginning her journey training alongside her sister, Jackie, an experience that not only strengthened her physically but sparked her desire to help others feel stronger and healthier. For the past two years, she has worked as a personal trainer, guiding clients toward their fitness goals with a supportive and encouraging approach. In addition to coaching, Stephanie is also a massage therapist at Jacked Gym, specializing in lymphatic drainage and wood therapy. Through both training and recovery work, she is dedicated to helping others improve their performance, recovery, and overall well-being.
CHRIS
Certified TrainerChris is a dedicated fitness coach whose journey into training began through personal transformation. After turning to the gym during a challenging time in his early twenties, he discovered the confidence, discipline, and resilience that consistent training can build. What started as self-growth quickly became a passion for helping others overcome their own obstacles and reach new levels in their fitness journey. Chris specializes in functional training, mobility, and core development, with a focus on building strength that supports both physical performance and everyday life.
JERRY
Certified TrainerJerry found his passion for fitness through personal transformation. After recovering from a shoulder injury and committing himself to training, he discovered the focus, discipline, and mental strength that fitness can bring. Now over eight years sober, Jerry credits the gym with helping him rebuild his life and develop the resilience to overcome challenges. As a coach, he’s passionate about helping others experience that same growth, believing that when you build strength physically, you also build the mindset needed to succeed in everyday life.
FRANCISCO
Certified TrainerFrancisco’s passion for fitness started early. At just 12 years old, he began working out in his junior school gym and quickly saw results that fueled his ambition. What started as simple training soon became a lifelong passion and driving force in his life. Today, Francisco brings that same dedication and discipline to helping others pursue their own fitness goals, focusing on consistency, strength, and long-term progress both inside and outside the gym.

Certified TrainerChristopher’s journey into strength training was inspired early on by watching his father train in their garage and by the larger-than-life presence of Arnold Schwarzenegger on screen. At 15, he began lifting weights with a focus on strength and aesthetics, turning inspiration into a lifelong passion. Through years of studying resistance training and exploring combat sports, Christopher developed a deep belief in the power of strength training to transform both body and mindset. As a coach, he’s committed to helping others unlock their strength and build lasting confidence.
