Welcome to Jacked Gym, where getting jacked means more than just building muscle. It is about unlocking strength, confidence, and potential.

Founded by personal trainer and fitness instructor Jackeline Perez, Jacked Gym was created with the belief that fitness is one of the most powerful tools for personal transformation. The gym is built on the idea that training goes far beyond physical appearance. It is about developing mental resilience, building discipline, and creating a sense of confidence that carries into every area of life.

At Jacked Gym, the team believes fitness is a tool for personal empowerment. Through structured training, community support, and a commitment to growth, members are encouraged to push past their limits and discover what they are truly capable of.

The mission of Jacked Gym is to provide a space where people from all backgrounds feel supported as they work toward becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves both inside and outside the gym.

MY STORY

My passion for health and fitness began early in life. I was raised by a mother who valued health and wellness and a father who battled diabetes. Watching both of their experiences shaped the way I see fitness and nutrition today, and it taught me early on how powerful lifestyle choices can be in creating a balanced and fulfilling life.

Over the years, I have competed in multiple bodybuilding competitions in the Wellness Division. Competing pushed me to truly understand discipline, consistency, and the power of the mind. It taught me how much we are capable of when we commit to growth and trust the process.

I chose to compete not only to challenge myself, but also to lead by example for the people who walk through the doors of Jacked Gym. I want my clients and my community to know that transformation is possible. Our bodies are our canvas, and with discipline, patience, and belief in ourselves, we can create something powerful.

I am also a proud vegan and a strong believer in plant based living. My decision to become vegan came from a deeper understanding of health, compassion, and the impact our choices have on the world around us. Through my own journey, I strive to show others that strength, performance, and a thriving lifestyle are absolutely possible on a plant based diet.

Today, my mission is to help others discover their strength, unlock their confidence, and realize that they are capable of far more than they ever imagined.

COMMUNITY & CULTURE

Jacked Gym is a Latina-owned business, proudly rooted in community. My parents are from Guatemala, and I deeply honor my roots, culture, and heritage.

I am bilingual (fluent in Spanish) and run the gym alongside my sister, who is also my best friend. Family is at the core of everything we do. We believe in togetherness, leaning on one another during difficult times, and surrounding ourselves with people who genuinely want to see us grow and succeed.

At Jacked Gym, we are committed to uplifting the Latino and Hispanic community while remaining open and welcoming to everyone. Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where people of all cultures and backgrounds can train freely, use their voice, and feel proud of who they are.

Here, being “jacked” is more than physical strength—it’s a mindset, a way of life, and a commitment to showing up with confidence, pride, and purpose.
