Semi-Private Training

Small-group coaching with individualized programming. You still receive personalized guidance while training alongside others for added motivation and energy.


If you want maximum structure and private coaching, personal training is best. If you want coaching support with a more community feel and lower cost, semi-private training is a great fit. Your consultation helps determine the best path for you.

Memberships include full facility access, premium equipment, and a high-energy training environment designed to support every fitness level. Members can train independently while still being part of a motivating community atmosphere.


Do training clients also get gym access?

Training packages include access during scheduled sessions with your coach. If you’d like full 24/7 access outside of sessions, you can add a membership for unlimited training time.


Can I train while coaching sessions are happening?

Absolutely. Members are welcome to train anytime. Our space is built on respect and communication, so coaches and members work together to share equipment smoothly.


How do I get started at Jacked Gym?

Your first step is to complete our inquiry form. From there, our team will schedule your complimentary consultation and introductory session so we can learn your goals, assess your needs, and recommend the best program for you.


What happens during a consultation?

Consultations typically last 60–90 minutes and include a goal assessment, movement evaluation, and personalized plan recommendations so you leave with a clear strategy.


What should I bring to my consultation?

Wear workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and plan for about 90 minutes so we have time to fully focus on your goals and answer your questions.


How do I book sessions after signing up?

All sessions are managed through the Jacked Gym app, where you can schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments quickly. Our team will guide you through setup when you join.
